M10 tablet, delivered with 15.04 OTA9.5 Fireza, has a phone app.you can
even dial a number, but it complains of having 'no network'. Hardly
surprising. It has no sim, and no cellphone radio.
The phone appp needs to be uninstalled when you can't use it.
