Bug description:
  Title:
address-book-app: No choice from which SIM card we can import contacts

  Bug description:
When we have a 2 SIMs cards installed, the menu used to
import contacts does not give the choice of which SIM
card to import the list of contacts: SIM1 SIM2
and does not report from which card it is going to
  get them.

Look at the screenshoot file: "screenshot20160412_124841468-m.png"

  WHAT we GET :
The menu without the choice of selectionning the SIM card
in the Menu "Contacts > Parameters"
the field is: "Import from SIM card".

  WHAT we SHOULD GET :
A Menu where the user can choose the SIM card 1 or 2.
Better would be to use the same name of the SIM card if the user
has already changed it in the Menu "System parameters > Mobile Phone"
