Bug description:
Recently (I think since -r 1800) I've seen a linker error when
combining -DMIR_LINK_TIME_OPTIMIZATION=on -Duse_debflags=on. Vis:
Linking CXX executable ../../bin/mir_unit_tests
CMakeFiles/mir_unit_tests.dir/test_variable_length_array.cpp.o (symbol from
plugin): warning: memset used with constant zero length parameter; this could
be due to transposed parameters
