I'm not 100% sure that I'm following you, but let me tell you what I've
done, according to what I've read in the bug report you've linked.

I've run a series of commands which yield the indicated output (see the
attachment).

In addition I've later edited the file:

/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

adding the following line at the end:

options snd_hda_intel index=0 model=mbp81

and reloaded alsa by running:

sudo alsa reolad

Nothing of this has resulted in the micro working at all.

Title:
MBP 8,2 internal microphone stopped working

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The internal microphone doesn't work in a Ubuntu Xenial installation.
The concrete model is Cirrus Logic CS4206. I've tested with the Xenial
live usb (2nd beta) and it doesn't work either, so it doesn't look
line I've broken something. However with the Wily live CD (both
standard Ubuntu and Kubuntu) it works.
