Usually* - lightdm almost always crashes (at least 50-80%) If lightdm doesn’t crash on boot and you login, if you try logging out and user switching lightdm will crash to the text courser (seen at the top left). (However light does not crash on a lock screen) I suspect its lightdm becaouse when using gdm there are no issues, but when reverting to lightdm the issues reappear.
