  nmcli hangs when running from tty  and connecting to wifi

Bug description:
  nmcli version 1.0.4
  Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
  16.04 - Updated 

  Try this command from virtual consoles.

  nmcli device wifi <correct ssid> password <wrong password>

  Expected: Some kind of error message notifying about wrong password
  It never responds until keyboard interrupt.

  
  When i run the same command from terminal, it spawns a window asking for the 
correct password.
