Bug description:
Test case.
- Fresh flash with rc-proposed.
- Open camera app.
- While the trust prompt is displayed, close the app.
- Wait a moment and open camera app again.
Expected result.
- Camera app is opened and trust prompt appears again.
Actual result.
- Black screen is displayed.
