In Xenial Xerus beta-1 64-bit when I have running a youtube video in
Firefox and then I click on "Sound Settings..." in the top right
(speaker symbol), the sound settings dialog will appear and the pitch of
the sound of the video will lowered and there will be clicks in the
sound.

Doesn't happen with Chrome.
