Bug description:
I currently experience an application crash with Telegram. The
resulting crash file could be uploaded with ubuntu-bug, but the
message about the web page which should be filled in indicates for me
that the report is not complete. Shouldn´t there be a way to
comment/link etc?
Also I would like to attach a report to an existing bug in Launchpad.
I currently see no way of doing this.
