Public bug reported: The option to share a contact via Messaging from the Contacts app sends it as an MMS. Another option which simply copies the numbers belonging to the selected contact to a text field of the Messaging app so that the user can send the details as an SMS would be useful in cases. This can also be achieved if the user is allowed to copy a number from the Contacts app and paste in a text field in Messaging app.
