Steps:
1.Launch message app and tap setting icon on top right.
2.Tap the toggle behind "Enable MMS group chat" and the state is on .
3.Tap back key on top left.
4.Tap the setting icon again and check the UI.
Actual result:
The toggle is "off" state.
Expected result:
The toggle should be "on" state.
