No it's not bug 1545865. The icon is never missing here, but rather is briefly stretched instead.

On my desktop (for some unknown reason) I only have three icons in the dash, so regardless of the current department they always all fit into the dash window. When I switch from "All" to "Communication" and back though, I see a frame or so of the orange Ubuntu Store icon getting stretched horizontally, and then quickly resolving itself. Is this related to bug #1532974?
