Bug description:
The unity-scope-scopes deb package should be removed from the phone
image. This special scope became obsolete with the 'Manage Dash' page,
it's invisible (it was used only for the old Scope Scopes view) and
not queried anymore.
Note, there is no harm in leaving it, it's just useless right now and
takes some space.
