I can not reproduce this problem at all, but it would seem it would be
the same bug as
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity8/+bug/1540490 i.e. the
first item of the list gets all confused of its position.
OTA-9.5 should have a fix for this, i'm going to mark the bug as
duplicate of that other bug but if you can still reproduce it after
OTA-9.5 gets released please comment on this bug so we can re-open it.

Bug description:
Hallo together,
I use bq e4.5 with OTA-9 Today Scope version 4.0.1
The scope shows contents from holiday, calls, SMS and from next dates.
First I scroll the scope to the top, only the points is show, see supplement.
Then I touch to the application scope and scroll top and down.
Next I go back to Today Scope, still is it ok.
I go back to application scope and scroll another one to top and down
Then it's no info from the top to see. see the other supplement.
