Thanks for the logs. The is nothing unusual.

Could you reproduce the problem, and attach all the content of
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/* , /var/log/syslog and the output of
/system/bin/logcat (redirected to a file)

Could you also please enable adb, ulock the device and run the following command
adb shell "sqlite3 ./.local/share/CameraService/trust.db .dump" > 
/tmp/camera_trustdb.out

and attach the resulting file.

Finally could you connect to the device, close the camera app, and clear the 
QML cache with the command:
rm -Rf /home/phablet/.cache/QML/Apps/com.ubuntu.camera_camera_*

Then reboot the device and try the camera again.
