Bug description:
Address book crashed while trying to reproduce bug 1235271
TEST CASE:
1. Open address book and add a contact but no phone number
2. Close address book and reopen
3. Edit the contact
4. Tap '+' on the phone line to add a phone number but do not add a number
5. Dismiss OSK
6. Press cancel
7. Press '+' on the phone line again
ACTUAL RESULT
This crash
EXPECTED RESULT
No crash, OSK is displayed and you can update/add a phone number.
