In the latest upstream version 1:4.4.4r2-6 (which has been synced to vivid) the prefix number of that .conf file was changed from 65 to 69 in order to address https://bugs.debian.org/772687 . However, that change makes the file useless for its intended purpose. For now, to get back the desired behavior in Ubuntu, the prefix number in the name of the related symlink should be changed back to 65.
