I had this happen to me once on a Bq E5. It hasn't happened again and I wouldn't know how to reproduce it though. It was an incoming call.

I don't think it was just with incoming calls but in that case I was able to reproduce it. I have all the recent updates installed and I think the problem only occurred after the update to OTA-7. - Somebody calls me - Name appears in the dialog and I take off - The dialer app opens but doesn't show the name nor number nor the calling time but the call works - It is not possible to hang up the call by pressing the red button - I close the dialer app, the green bar at the top appears - I reopen it, at this point I might be able to hang up the call otherwise I have to redo the closing I couldn't find the combination which led to this issue. Could be related to bug #1377996. --------- UX comment ----------- The dialer should always show the contact who is calling. Also, it should always be possible to hang up the call.
