Bug description:
mir should not composite/display buffers submitted via the android
platform ANativeWindow::cancelBuffer.
Some android drivers (like the mali driver in nexus10) will call
ANativeWindow::cancelBuffer in the client side at the beginning so a
blank frame gets posted.
