Bug description:
IBus 1.5.11 needs to be packaged.
Whenever I launch a recent JetBrains IDE (such as PyCharm), it warns
on startup that IBus has a bug that can cause input to be blocked.

They claim that IBus 1.5.11 is needed in order to resolve the issue.
