You will need to switch the phone to RW mode, because this requires editing a system file. Then you can use phablet-shell to connect to the device from your desktop via the USB cable, and
sudo vim.tiny /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Web/ua- overrides-mobile.js to edit the file.
