Bookmarks view initially empty

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove (but keep a backup copy) of your bookmark database
(~/.local/share/webbrowser-app/bookmarks.sqlite)
2. Open the webbrowser app
3. Open bookmarks view from the drawer menu
Expected: the bookmarks view has one hardcoded bookmark for the
homepage (http://start.ubuntu.com by default)
Actual: the bookmarks view is empty.
