Switching between open tabs results in a jerky animation (observable
both on arale and krillin, although it’s slightly worse on arale).
Steps to reproduce:
- Ensure you have several tabs open in the browser
- swipe from the bottom edge to open the tabs view, and tap the second tab
Expected result: the second tab is brought to focus with a smooth
animation.
Current result: the beginning of the animation is smooth but towards
the end it starts stuttering.
The issue is with the transition from the image capture to the live
webview.
(motion) pictures are better than a thousand words, check the video
attached in comment #4 as an illustration of the problem.
