I have no further question. I only said that the popup with the question
"Wifi is off, should it be turned on?' is more than superfluous.

Title:
BQ r26: turning off hotspot, but Wifi stays on, even if it was off
  before hotspot on

Status in indicator-network package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in ubuntu-system-settings package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I switch on hotspot and Wifi was off before, it asks me, if Wifi
should be turned on too, which I think is fine.

But when I later turn off hotspot, Wifi stays silently on and consumes
energy. I think, in this case if Wifi was off before it should be
  turned off again.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking#hotspot>: "If Wi-Fi was turned on
automatically for hotspot use, turning off the hotspot should turn off
  Wi-Fi automatically."
