I can no longer justify this, since I am not using pcre and it isn't clear why this file would be wanted outside of the complete pcre source. I was just trying to get a project to compile that depended on pcre, and this file happens to be treated as an include file.

For some reason pcre_printint.src is not provided as would be expected within libpcre3-dev. However, you can see pcre_printint.src within emboss- lib due to it having its own version of pcre (it seems).
