Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce, on a touch device (this is much less visible on desktop, although still an issue): - open the drawer menu - tap the "Private Mode" entry
Expected result: the browser enters private browsing mode, and the drawer menu disappears instantly (with a scroll up animation). Current result: the browser enters private browsing mode, and about a second after, the menu disappears. Entries in the menu have been updated in the meantime. ** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium Status: Triaged ** Changed in: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to webbrowser-app in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1520212 Title: Drawer menu disappearance is delayed when entering private browsing mode Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: Steps to reproduce, on a touch device (this is much less visible on desktop, although still an issue): - open the drawer menu - tap the "Private Mode" entry Expected result: the browser enters private browsing mode, and the drawer menu disappears instantly (with a scroll up animation).
