We're introducing a new method to download manager's dbus api in this
branch: https://code.launchpad.net/~michael-sheldon/ubuntu-download-
manager/persistent-download-model
This allows the client side bindings to automatically request a list of
downloads that have finished while the application was closed, so
downloads are no longer lost if the app is closed or restarted before
they finish.

dbus (send)

member=getUncollectedDownloads
peer=(label=unconfined),
