Public bug reported:

Accessing sites with mobile version such as Facebook and Youtube still
shows the mobile version eventhough the UI is in desktop mode. The more
appropriate behavior is that the browser should only identify itself as
a mobile/touch device when in Staged mode but should be treated as PC
when in Windowed mode.

** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
