Bug description:
All apps on my BQ Aquarius E4.5 take too long to launch. IMHO
comparable devices with android are faster, I once timed it but I
can't find the values anymore. I think launching apps needs to be
faster to guarantee a more fluid usability.
(I can't find a similiar bug thats why I reported it)
