Can not access Server Settings in Printer Configuration. First try will
introduce crash. Next try will generates pop up box with error message:
"The password maybe incorrect"

I realized this problem since using fresh install Kubuntu 12.04.5 x86,
latest update also has this problem. But it's not happen while I tested
Kubuntu 12.04.3 x86.

If running from console:

$ /usr/bin/kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde
