From each drive, I've symlinked a few folders into my home folder. There seems to be no way to tell trackerd to automatically follow these without manually specifying the files on the drives. This is workable but unfortunate, since from time to time I move the files between drives, and I'm used to other programs being fine with it as long as the symlink is updated.
