Bug description:
[Impact]
tzselect's TZDIR variable is set to pwd causing it to fail:
[Test Case]
$ tzselect
/usr/bin/tzselect: line 171: /home/ubuntu/iso3166.tab: No such file or
directory
/usr/bin/tzselect: time zone files are not set up correctly
[Regression Potential]
This patch is taken from upstream to fix this issue.
[Workaround]
Change /usr/bin/tzselect from:
${TZDIR=`pwd`}
to
${TZDIR=/usr/share/zoneinfo}
