The same applies when a connection is active, there could be another icon for this, in similar way that Network manager does it already. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bluetooth>: "The title of the menu should be a skeletal Bluetooth icon if Bluetooth is off, and a lozenge Bluetooth icon if Bluetooth is on."
