Bug description:
In the same way that we have an option to turn an intent URI to a
given browsable URI and possibly filter it in the process thanks to a
drop in .js file for a webapp, we should generalize the mechanism to
any scheme other than http/https. It would enable webapp specific
handling of mailto:
