when i have sloppy mouse focus set there is a noticable delay between
moving my mouse and focusing on the new window
additionally if i rapidly move my mouse between windows the lag grows.
the interface is unresponsive during lag.
for example if i open glxgears and rapidly move my mouse between several
windows the gears stop until focus is achieved
depending on how long i've been rapidly moving my mouse this may be
several seconds.
this interferes with video playback as well.
