Public bug reported: if you open a picture and then tap on it to hide the header and go fullscreen, you see a spinner and the thumbnail reloading. We should not do this and should just use an appropriate thumbnail such that it doesn't need to be reloaded when going fullscreen. Same is true about rotation.
