Bug description:
Some places of my city does not have 3g signal (underground parking
lot, shopping malls, country side, etc...) in these areas androids
shows a different symbol/icon in the network indicator to notify the
user that he is using a low quality network, but using the ubuntu
phone I did not notice any change it always shows 3g icon.
