Title:
  [proposed] upgrade fails due to missing new dependency

Status in “systemd” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Upgrading from 208-6ubuntu2 to 208-7ubuntu1 (utopic i386)

  systemd:
    Depends: libsystemd-journal0 (=208-7ubuntu1) but 208-6ubuntu2 is to be
installed
    Depends: libsystemd-login0 (=208-7ubuntu1) but 208-6ubuntu2 is to be
installed
    Depends: initscripts (>=2.88dsf-53.2) but 2.88dsf-41ubuntu16 is to be
installed
    PreDepends: libsystemd-daemon0 (=208-7ubuntu1) but 208-6ubuntu2 is to be
installed

  So 'initscripts (>=2.88dsf-53.2)' is required.
