Bug description:
To reproduce:-
1. In ubuntu system settings -> accounts, add a twitter account
2. Once created, enable the "Notifications" option in the twitter account
3. Get people to tweet at you
4. Tweets are shown as notifications including avatars of your friends
Expected behaviour
* Tweets are collected in the messaging indicator including the
avatars of friends
Actual behaviour
* Tweets are collected in the messaging indicator but the avatars are
missing
