I'm running 7.2.2 on Ubuntu 14.04, after more testing it seems remmina is the only program this happens with; I've tried many media players, libreoffice impress, and several video games but can't reproduce the issue. It happens with the 14.04 version of remmina (1.0.0-4ubuntu3) as well as the latest git (7/31/14).

Moving focus to something on the other monitor (the one which does not have an application running in full screen) causes the top bar to appear over the fullscreened application on the first monitor, covering up some of the application. There are a few bug reports about fullscrren applications with the top bar showing up on top of them, but from reading those reports window focus is not an issue which makes me think this should be a different bug. The behavior stays the same regardless of checking the box "keep this window above others" before changing the application to fullscreen or not doing so.
