I don't know. I just had this problem on ubuntu 14.04.1, accountservice 0.6.35-0ubuntu7.1. At least that is what the autogenerated crash report stated (that it was a duplicate of this bug). I only happens when opening language support, choosing "Regional formats", and then when trying to select a different "style" for "Display numbers, dates and currency amount in the usual format for:" I my case I was trying to choose the combo "English (Danish)".
