I confirmed there's no indication in Utopic 161, but I'm not sure this
should be considered a blocker. Apps are already shown as either local
or online in separate interfaces, and other scopes have the sections
labelled ("My Videos" and "Online" for example). The only thing missing
is that there's an empty space instead of text saying "online search
disabled", which doesn't seem important enough to block on.

3) When searching on the Applications scope I would have expected to
get an indication that the search is only local. It took too many
people a too long time to figure out that this was the reason that no
search results from ubuntu one on the net was shown
4) We were playing guessing games what could be wrong ;D
