Bug description:
This is with r119.
I tried to send and receive a photo with a friend (who was using some
non-Ubuntu phone). Neither worked. When I sent my photo, it looked
like it worked locally. But she never received the photo. And when
she sent one to me, I never got it.
This may not be the right component for the bug. But it's the user-
facing side, so I figured I'd start here.
