System Settings changing the ringtone means the ringer only rings once

Bug description:
STEPS:
/!\ in 79 you seem to be unable to change the ringtone at all so install 77
and upgrade to 79 after.
1. Open the settings app
2. Click on sounds
3. Change the ringtone to something other than the default
4. Now call the phone.
