Bug description:
  Current situation:
  While playing the demo video, the settings icon is unresponsive.

  Desired solution:
  Setting icons should be responsive if there are options to select (eg 
subtitle). If not, the icon should be in a disabled state to indicate no 
selection could be made for the video being played.

  Disabled state is: 50% opac
