The display language is still English (unchanged.) The weird part is that fc-match returns "AR PL UMing TW". Let me know if I should still try language-selector-common 0.129.2 and language-selector-gnome 0.129.2 and update in the other bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1335482.
