This seems to be fixed with the latest image (r133). If I receive a call
and it goes to voicemail, the messaging indicator lets me know I have
'Voicemail messages'.

Bug description:
I'm not sure if this is a problem in indicator-message or with ofono,
or something else. However, if a call comes in and goes to voicemail,
there is no indication that I have a voicemail.
