This can be consfusing if the user has no clue what the icon means. [Test case] 1) Press Super + L (lockscreen) 2) Press Caps Lock (unless its already active) 3) Mouse over the icon, and wait for the tooltip to appear. Expected Result: Tooltip appears, telling the user that caps lock is on. [Regression potential] Low. Worse case, tooltip does not render and you're left with an icon.
