Bug description:
design comment- when user is moved away from the live call (either while
making a call or on an active call); there should be an indicator in the
indicator section, the user can then navigate back to the call (dialer app) as
per spec.

1. Add number to address book
2. Touch the number and navigate out the app immediately, to the home screen
3. The dialer never comes up but the call happens in the background without
any way for the user to disengage"
