Stock install of 14.04, didn't happen on 13.10. Using the nouveau driver. I've attached a screenshot of the screen as to what happens. The only way to get out of this is to switch to a terminal on the console and do kill -9 -1. Killing the app just leaves me with the desktop background without being able to interact with the WM.
